Our Americas Distribution & Service Division (ADSD) provides governance and administration of Catยฎ dealers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

As the Strategy Execution Manager for the Latin America Region you will be responsible for driving planning, organizational alignment, and strategy execution across the commercial functions. You will lead mid-to long-term business development strategy, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and ensure a disciplined commercial operating rhythm within the dealer network in the Latin America Region.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead execution of regional commercial and business development strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Vice President, providing insights, recommendations, and decision support.
  • Manage the operating cadence, including key business reviews, strategic updates, and leadership communications.
  • Oversee continuous improvement workstreams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration for strategic initiative execution.
  • Drive performance management through metrics, dashboards, and action tracking.
  • Gather and interpret Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of the Dealer (VOD), and market insights to inform strategy and adapt plans.
  • Represent the organization in trade associations, industry groups, and market forums to strengthen competitive insight.
  • Support execution of the Dealer of the Future strategy, including Segment Growth Council initiatives, dealer capability development, leadership behaviors, and distribution channel evolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.
What You Have (Basic Qualifications):
  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgement.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
What You Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred. MBA or other advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Fluency or professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred.
  • Progressive commercial experience with some of that experience in consulting roles.
  • Experience with industrial, original equipment manufacturing or distribution network management.
  • Demonstrated project management experience ideally with certification (PMP, Six Sigma or other).
  • Recognized ability to develop and present high impact material for executive level audiences, translating complex topics into clear actionable insights.
  • Track record of engaging broadly across the organization building alignment to successfully implement strategic initiatives.

Summary Pay Range:

$159,120.00 - $238,680.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
