Engineering Manager โ€“ Mining

We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead mine planning, engineering operations, and project execution for a major underground mining operation. If you have strong experience in ground control, ventilation, hoisting systems, and large-scale project leadership, this role offers the chance to make a major impact.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead mine design & engineering projects
  • Oversee engineering team and technical operations
  • Drive improvements in safety, reliability & production
  • Manage multi-million dollar capital projects
  • Provide technical expertise in ventilation, rock mechanics, and hoisting

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mining Engineering preferred)
  • 7+ years underground mining experience
  • Engineering leadership and project management
  • Strong technical depth across mine systems
