We are searching for the best talent for Planning Co-Op to be in Guaynabo, PR .

  • The Co-op term is from August, 2026 to August, 2027.
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).
You will be responsible

Planning Co-Op is responsible for generating business reports to support core team responsibilities, perform data compilation and analysis, attend business meetings, and provide support to basic business processes, as requested.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, and Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.

Under direct supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Responsible for accurately and timely collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting relevant data for the planning team.
  • Prepares dashboards and ensures they are accurate on a timely manner.
  • Creates and develops new tools to improve the efficiency of the existing planning processes.
  • Participates and collaborates in the preparation of presentation decks.
  • Connects and networks with the internal and external teams daily.
  • May be responsible for a planning segment within the business.
  • Makes recommended adjustments to the models and parameters.
  • Looks for new ways to achieve better statistical forecasting performance.
  • Provides required support and training for Planning Analysts, as required.
  • Covers other Planning Analysts, ad hoc, when the business requires it.
  • Follows EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
  • Completes training in areas of responsibility within allowed time-period. Completes required periodic re-training in areas such as safety & environmental.
  • Follows all company safety policies & other safety precautions within work area.
  • This position is also responsible for:
  • Communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The expected pay range for this position is between $14.00 per hour and $19.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
