Do you love solving puzzles - especially when the puzzles are schedules, resources and deadlines?
Project Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and guiding projects from inception through final delivery, ensuring work moves smoothly across teams and deadlines are met.
Working closely with Account Management, Creative, and Production teams to keep projects on track, clarify priorities, manage timelines, and help solve problems before they impact delivery.
The goal of this role is not to add unnecessary process, but to create structure that allows teams to focus on great creative work.
Core Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Organization:
    • Build and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables
    • Coordinate and support internal team kickoff meetings to ensure teams are aligned on scope, timing and responsibilities
    • Translate client needs into clear internal project plans
    • Identify risks and proactively adjust timelines or resources as necessary
  • Workflow & Process Management:
    • Guide projects through agency workflow from start to finish
    • Ensure work is properly scoped, scheduled and tracked
    • Maintain task management within PM tool, ClickUp
    • Establish clear processes that support team efficiency without slowing creativity
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Account Managers to align project plans with client expectations
    • Coordinate with Creative Teams to ensure timelines support strong creative development
    • Work with Production team (as necessary) to manage execution timelines
    • Facilitate communication between teams to keep projects moving
  • Timeline & Delivery Management
    • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are being met
    • Monitor project scope and burn - and flag potential timeline or resource issues
    • Help teams prioritize work across multiple projects and clients
  • Resource Coordination
    • Help plan and balance workloads across creative and production teams
    • Identify when additional support or timelines adjustments are required
    • Work with leadership to optimize team capacity
