It is the counter server’s responsibility to provide customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products. At Planet Smoothie, we want our customers to experience a friendly, upbeat, clean and comfortable atmosphere.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Acts with integrity, honesty & knowledge that promotes the culture, values & mission of Planet Smoothie
· Customer driven: welcomes and engages with every customer who visits Planet Smoothie
· Delivers legendary customer service by determining the customer’s needs & suggesting products to enhance service & meet or exceed sales goals.
· Prepares all smoothies to exact recipes and standards
· Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
· Follows Planet Smoothie’s standards for stocking and storing of products
· Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
· Presents oneself as friendly and enthusiast about “Changing the way the Planet eats.”
· Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
· Maintain a detailed knowledge of Planet Smoothie’s products
· Develops rapport with loyal customers by learning their names and favorite smoothies
