Who We're Looking For
A Treatment Plan Coordinator (TCO) who:
  • Understands the importance of clear, compassionate communication when discussing treatment plans and costs.
  • Has experience in dental, medical, or financial coordination (preferred but not required).
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting financial options.

What You'll Do
As a Treatment Plan Coordinator at Watts Dental, you will:
  • Present treatment plans in a clear and supportive way to help patients understand the value of recommended care.
  • Explain costs, insurance coverage, and payment options with confidence and empathy.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and next steps.
  • Answer financial and scheduling questions to help patients move forward confidently with their care.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients to keep treatment on track.
  • Provide an exceptional, patient-first experience from consultation to completion.
