A propos du mandat
Nous recherchons un(e) Specialiste BI / Developpeur Power BI senior pour contribuer au volet analytique d'un projet d'envergure dans le secteur de la sante. Le projet vise a moderniser un orchestrateur de prise de rendez-vous de premiere ligne et a integrer un tres grand volume de donnees cliniques provenant de nouveaux systemes et de dossiers medicaux electroniques.
Responsabilites- Concevoir et developper des rapports et tableaux de bord decisionnels dans Power BI
- Integrer et normaliser des donnees cliniques a fort volume dans un environnement Microsoft Fabric
- Construire et optimiser des pipelines de donnees selon une architecture medaillon
- Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de modelisation dimensionnelle et d'optimisation
- Assurer la securite et la gouvernance des donnees (gestion des acces, RLS/OLS)
Formation
- Diplome universitaire de premier cycle (baccalaureat) en TI, administration des affaires, gestion ou domaine connexe
Experience
- Au moins 15 ans d'experience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Au moins 5 ans d'experience acquise au cours des 10 dernieres annees en BI, analytique ou visualisation de donnees
- Minimum 3 ans d'experience en developpement de produits de donnees analytiques, incluant des jeux de donnees complexes integrant des sources cliniques ou administratives (ex. : SIURGE, Clinibase, MedUrge, LGI Paie)
- Experience concrete confirmee avec Power BI : developpement de rapports, tableaux de bord, modelisation dimensionnelle, DAX avance et Power Query
- Experience en gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ou SAFe) ou en approches hybrides Agile + Waterfall
