Overview
As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
  • Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
  • Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
  • Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
  • Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
  • Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
  • Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
  • Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
  • Take care of your guests and get to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
  • Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
  • Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests

Required Qualifications
  • No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following.
    • Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
    • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
    • Demonstrate a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
    • Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
  • You are at least 16 years old.
    • Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old.
    • Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
