Pizza Maker / Hospitality Team Member

  • 2–4 openings available
  • 20–35 hours per week
  • Lunch shifts: 11:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • Dinner shifts: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
  • Doubles: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Reliable transportation required

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook handcrafted pizzas while maintaining Society Pie's quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Work both Front of House (guest service, cashier, and expo) and Back of House (pizza making, prep, and kitchen operations).
  • Coordinate the expo station to ensure food quality, order accuracy, and timely service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
  • Represent Society Pie with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity every shift.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous high-volume restaurant experience
  • Previous expo experience strongly preferred
  • OLCC pouring license required for working lunch shifts
  • Pizza-making experience is a plus
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy rushes
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual (professional references required)
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work with urgency without sacrificing quality
