The Pizza Maker is responsible for the duties involved with creative pizza making at one or more locations for Scarlet Lane Brewing Company and plays an integral role in the customer experience of Scarlet Lane Brewing’s locations. The Pizza Maker ensures the quality and integrity of the product is maintained in the kitchen. This position offers advancement opportunities based on performance and allows for creative exploration both within the kitchens and the brewery by collaborating with the brew team.

The Pizza Maker is responsible for producing high quality & excellent pizza products, maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen.  The Pizza Maker is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the walk-in coolers, reach in coolers, prep areas, cut areas, pizza ovens, cold room, outdoor areas, storage areas, and floors.

In addition, The Pizza Maker is also responsible for any other tasks in the kitchen that are deemed necessary. 

The Pizza Maker position offers flexible work and vacation schedules.
