What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Masterfully identify issues in existing irrigation systems (clogged lines, broken heads, electrical faults, controller issues) and execute efficient repairs.

  • Maintain & Optimize: Perform routine system check-ups, seasonal startups, winterizations, and adjust schedules for maximum water efficiency.

  • Adapt & Pivot: Be ready to change direction when the day throws a curveball. Whether it's an emergency repair or shifting to assist the broader maintenance team, you thrive on variety

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on irrigation experience is preferred. We want someone who knows the fundamentals inside and out.

  • The "Ready" Factor: You’ve been learning from a mentor and are fully equipped to run your own routes and make the calls.

  • License Requirements: * An irrigation license is not required to start! If you don't have one, we will actively help you study and pay for you to get licensed.

    • A valid, clean Driver’s License is required

  • Mindset: Highly adaptable, resourceful, and possess a strong diagnostic "detective" mindset for troubleshooting.
