Job Description

We’re hiring a BBQ Pit Team Member to support our pit operations and kitchen team. This role helps ensure our smoked meats are prepared, handled, and maintained to Sugarfire’s standards.

You’ll be working around the smoker, supporting prep, and helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.


What You’ll Do
  • Assist with food preparation and meat handling

  • Help maintain pit cleanliness and organization

  • Follow and uphold food safety and sanitation standards

  • Support daily kitchen tasks and overall operations

  • Keep prep areas stocked, clean, and ready for service

  • Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly
