Job Description Poly Fusion Technician - Midland, TX Growing piping solutions company looking for an experienced Poly Fusion Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on field role focused on HDPE/PE pipe fusion for utility, industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects. Pay & Benefits $25-$28/hr depending on experience Direct hire, full-time Monday-Friday schedule 401(k), PTO, and benefits Company vehicle provided Travel pay, hotel, and $65/day per diem Responsibilities Perform HDPE/PE pipe fusion (butt fusion, electrofusion, saddle fusion) Operate fusion equipment (McElroy experience preferred) Prepare, align, and inspect pipe joints Maintain fusion records and quality documentation Support field crews and follow safety procedures Requirements 3+ years HDPE/PE fusion experience Hands-on field experience operating fusion equipment Strong butt fusion knowledge Valid driver's license + clean MVR Comfortable with travel and outdoor work Must pass background check and drug screening Preferred: McElroy machine experience (TracStar, MegaMc, Pit Bull) and utility/pipeline/industrial piping experience.
