Job description

Piping Estimator position in San Francisco Bay Area This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CA's biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects. We are looking for a Piping Estimator with 5 or more years of Commercial Piping Estimating experience.

Responsibilities: Work in Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and BlueBeam on Piping Estimates for current and upcoming projects Coordinate with Preconstruction, Purchasing and Project Management groups Check Estimates for accuracy and look for value engineering opportunities Requirements: 5+ years of Piping Estimating experience Preferred: Prior Piping Journeyman and/or Foreman experience Local in Bay Area Stable work-history Currently working for mechanical/piping contractor Medium to Large Project experience Knowledge working with Excel, Quickpen (Accubid), and BlueBeam Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
