Job description

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a crew in the installation of water and sewer pipelines and related work. Candidates should have experience operating Backhoes, Track Hoes, and Front End Loaders. Responsible for the installation of various types of underground piping. Must be able to carry and maintain grade using pipe lase equipment. Responsible for grade elevation and reading blueprints amp; complex diagrams. Responsible for the installation and proper use of trench shoring equipment. Some manual labor may be required, routinely able to lift and move 10-25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Trench safety and general safety certifications are a plus.


Experience and Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of underground pipe utilities.
  • Strong Supervisory and communicative skills (verbal and written).
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • A high school or general education degree (GED) is preferred.

This will be a full time position with some travel required.
