Now interviewing Pipefitters in the Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland area!

Pipefitter Responsibilities Include:

  • Install commercial & industrial piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, condensed water.
  • Must be versed with multiple materials of pipe (Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper, RIGID etc.)
  • Cutting or boring holes in structures
  • Fabricate pipe supports.
  • Troubleshooting problems.
  • Inspecting, examining, or testing installed systems.

Pipefitter Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial or industrial construction industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of pipefitter equipment and power tools.
  • Tools of the trade and the ability to bring them to job sites.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and calm mindset.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift.
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Perform mathematical calculations pertaining to the manipulation of angles such as rolling offsets, cutback of fittings, and takeout between welds and other fits.
