  • Support the crew with additional labor tasks as needed
  • Learn new construction methods, tools, and equipment through hands-on work

  • Wants to continue learning and developing their welding skills
Requirements
  • 3G Certification required or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
  • 5G Certification required or ability to obtain certification within 60 days
  • 1–3 years of field, pipe welding experience
  • Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and active excavation sites
  • Strong awareness of surroundings and jobsite safety practices
  • Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with rigging and field fabrication
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • Additional welding certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and work for extended periods
  • Lift and carry materials weighing 50–100 lbs
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in uneven terrain
