Job description

GPH Services is the premier partner for marine, asphalt, and pipe inspection, installation and repair services. We believe in sharing the companyโ€™s success by providing opportunities for leadership and advancement as we grow.

GPH Services needs a skilled Pipe Foreman to join our workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing employee attendance, ensuring the timely arrival of all crew members, and properly managing timecards and crew hours. The Pipe Foreman will delegate tasks and instruct, supervise, lead, and direct the pipe crew.

Responsibilities
  • Management of crew, equipment, resources & materials.
  • Layout, assembly, and installation of various pipe systems.
  • Using transit levels and grade calculations to keep work accurate and jobs on track.
  • Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members, subcontractors, equipment, and utilize corrective action to keep the project on time and on budget.
  • Determine potential quality control issues and apply corrections.
  • Ensuring company equipment is safely operated, cared for, maintained and used efficiently.
Requirements
  • Active Driverโ€™s License
  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
