Position Summary

This position will thoroughly and accurately read work orders to add all PIO parts and literature on each vehicle processed. Available to work overtime throughout the week as well as weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure B-Pillar VIN and work order match prior to throwing in parts

Report all VINs mismatch and reject unit

Scan all vehicles to identified Hold's and Stop sales

Direct all vehicles to the proper overflow areas when VPC is full

Inform Supervisor or lead if any issues with Monroney printers or network issues

Verify all PIOs codes match work order and Monroney label

Inspect and hang color tag any discrepancies

Coordinate with Warehouse for parts requests

Conduct month-end PIO parts inventory audit

Ensure work area is free of debris/boxes to maintain a safe work space

Sort booklet materials in proper bins

Maintain PIO pallet area and coordinate with Warehouse for any removal

Ensure interior of vehicle is clean and free of debris. Ensure work area is clean and organized

Other duties as assigned

Compensation

$23.59 per hour

Skills

Automotive knowledge preferred

Knowledge of hand held electronics preferred

Employees assigned to vehicle processing and accessory installation functions that utilize English-only client work orders must be able to read and understand English-language instructions and documentation necessary to safely and accurately complete assigned tasks

Education & Experience

High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required

Must hold a valid State Issued Driver's License Required

1 year of Warehouse/Parts Pulling experience Preferred

Physical Requirements

Constant use of hands for repetitive grasping, manipulation, holding scanner, typing on computer

Will be operating heavy machinery such as manual pallet jack

Will be operating desk machines such as computer, copier, scanner, printer

Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach over shoulder, pull, push 5+ hours per day

Drive, climb, kneel, squat 1-3 hours per day

Crouch 3-5 hours per day
