DEBERES PRINCIPALES ESENCIALES, RESPONSABILIDADES O TAREAS

  • Responsable de la limpieza y mantenimiento en los alrededores de los residenciales utilizando herramientas y/o materiales tales como rastrillos, escobas, mapos, mangueras, detergentes, o cualquier otro equipo.
  • Responsable del mantenimiento de las áreas verdes que incluye cortar la grama, utilizando las máquinas y/o equipos de cortar grama, ya sean manuales o de motor, y recoger y mantener limpias las áreas verdes.
  • Responsable del recogido de escombros, material vegetativo y metales.
  • Responsable de recoger y limpiar las facilidades deportivas y recreativas, tales como, canchas, parques, plazoletas, bohíos, salones de juegos, gradas, áreas de estacionamiento, etc.
  • Responsable de recoger y limpiar las facilidades y/o áreas comunales tales como: áreas de las escaleras de los edificios, escotillas, áreas de los tangones y/o drones para la basura, áreas de estacionamiento, aceras, encintados, calles, perímetro de las rejas de colindancias y áreas verdes.
  • Responsable de podar los árboles y arbustos en los predios del residencial. Remover las ramas y hojas con la utilización de tijeras de podar, sierra eléctrica, vara para desganche, o cualquier otro equipo.
  • Responsable de pintar las áreas de escaleras de los edificios, exteriores de los edificios, verjas, áreas de tangones para la basura, y cualquier otra área según se lo indique su supervisor inmediato, dando particular atención a pintar inmediatamente aquellas áreas afectadas por graffiti.
  • Responsable de mantener limpios, destapados y libre de escombro, lima y agua acumulada, los drenajes, desagües, zanjas, cunetas, alcantarillados, etc., utilizando palas, picos, rastrillos o cualquier otra herramienta.
  • Responsable de recoger, limpiar y desinfectar las facilidades de oficina que incluyen oficinas de administración, baños, centros comunales, áreas de almacén, oficinas y facilidades de servicios a residentes.
  • Trabaja siembra de árboles usando el equipo de jardinería.
  • Mantiene limpia y organizada su área de trabajo.
  • Mantiene limpias, organizadas y en buenas condiciones las herramientas y equipos que utilice, incluyendo mantener amoladas las cuchillas de las cortadoras de grama.
  • Realizar cualquier otra tarea afín con su puesto según asignada.
