**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant Women's Services unit. - Help bring new life into the world while supporting mothers in their journey! - Unit Specifics: - LDRP with 9 beds, OBED 1 bed, NICU 4 beds, and 1 OR suite. - Patient Ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, C-sections; couplet care 1:3; newborns 1:1 until stable; NICU 1:3 intermediate care. - No techs or unit secretaries available, enhancing your hands-on experience. - State-of-the-art equipment: CPN Central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robot for neonatology, bili-blankets, PCA pumps. - Documentation system: Meditech and CPN. - Scheduling: 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays.
