This position is fully remote, enabling you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the clinical care of assigned patients, ensuring proficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, performing necessary assessments, and preparing thorough and accurate treatment documentation.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, addressing a spectrum of psychological needs.
  • Cultivate advanced assessment skills to identify patients' psychological intervention needs, collaborating with them to formulate and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize strong clinical skills to counsel clients and their families, managing crises and delivering therapeutic interventions appropriately.
  • Provide specialized counseling services, including individual, family, and couple therapy, while making referrals to other specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assess the needs of patients in collaboration with primary care providers to develop effective action plans for psychological services.
  • Conduct mental health evaluations and incorporate findings into care strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed strategic outlines, progress summaries, and treatment modifications, while offering educational and supportive programs tailored to both patients and families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role is essential in promoting their emotional and psychological well-being through personalized care. You will have the opportunity to support patients in crisis situations while fostering their development and resilience through structured therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is necessary.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required. Candidates with experience in outpatient settings, crisis intervention, and various therapeutic modalities will be prioritized. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
