RN Supervisor Weekend
Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

At Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients. As a RN Supervisor Weekend, you will play a crucial role in leading our nursing team on weekends and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team on weekends, ensuring that patients receive quality care and services
• Supervise and direct the activities of the nursing staff, includingShift Managers and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Alabama

  • Minimum 0 years of experience as an RN, with a focus on rehabilitation and wellness

  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
