Heartland Aviation, part of the SC Aviation family, is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) to join its professional flight team based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The PIC will safely and efficiently operate Heartland Aviation's corporate jet fleet while delivering exceptional service to every passenger.
Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Eau Claire, WI or the surrounding area. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, adaptable, and committed to providing professional and attentive customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Flight Operations: Conduct pre-flight planning, route analysis, and performance calculations.
• Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety in all aspects of flight operations. Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's), aircraft operating limitations, and company safety protocols.
• Client Experience: Deliver superior in-flight experiences.
• Aircraft Management: Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure the aircraft is airworthy, clean and well-maintained.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and aircraft systems. Participate in recurrent training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: 3,000 Total Time, 1,500 PIC, 500 Jet/Turbine
• Licenses: Valid ATP license, 1st Class Medical, CE-650 Type rating preferred, but not required
• Skills: Exceptional piloting, leadership, and communication skills
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and safety-focused
