What You'll Do
- Lead key financial planning processes, including long-range planning, quarterly forecasting, and annual operating and capital plans.
- Conduct and communicate detailed financial analyses for programs and capital projects, including ROI evaluations.
- Manage activities related to web-based planning and reporting tools and support special financial projects.
- Use cost accounting systems to gather data and support internal customer needs.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and mentor Finance team members.
- Model organizational values and maintain current skills in financial tools and systems.
- Applicants for this position should demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Six (6) or more years of experience in accounting and/or finance,
- Healthcare financial planning with emphasis on capital planning is strongly preferred.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems and cost accounting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficiency in Power BI preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leaders.
