• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions designed to address and overcome the emotional and relational challenges faced by clients during their rehabilitation journey.
• Perform comprehensive assessments that delve into clients' relational dynamics, emotional struggles, and rehabilitation goals, enabling the development of personalized, outcome-driven treatment plans.
• Employ family systems theory and a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance communication, facilitate conflict resolution, and equip families with effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and social workers, to create a cohesive treatment strategy that supports holistic healing.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, particularly during critical moments in clients' rehabilitation, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their recovery process.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Educate clients and their families on the psychosocial aspects of recovery, enhancing their understanding of coping mechanisms, strategies for rebuilding family relationships, and fostering trust.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and effective practices in marriage and family therapy, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.

The clients you will serve are individuals and families grappling with significant physical or mental health challenges. Many are in the midst of recovery, navigating complex emotions and relational dynamics that can arise from their experiences. Your insights and interventions will equip these clients with the tools they need for emotional resilience and relational healing, providing a vital component of their overall rehabilitation journey.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of therapeutic modalities relevant to family systems and individual psychotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
• A solid commitment to ethical standards and the confidentiality of client information.

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with individuals in recovery from various mental health disorders.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
