  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support, particularly during critical moments in clients' rehabilitation, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their recovery process.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Educate clients and their families on the psychosocial aspects of recovery, enhancing their understanding of coping mechanisms, strategies for rebuilding family relationships, and fostering trust.
