The Pile Driver Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers on a construction site. They must ensure the job is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.
- Sustain daily safety meetings with all crew members at the beginning of each different job activity.
- Clarify and explain, as needed, to all crew members the construction means and methods to be utilized during daily job activities.
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
- Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs.
