We're a dedicated mat Pilates studio built on a simple belief: that a strong, energizing workout should feel approachable for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned regulars. Our classes are known for their supportive energy and inclusive spirit, and we're proud to serve a vibrant, diverse community across the area.

The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Pilates Instructor to lead engaging mat classes at our Mesquite studio, typically 2–3 classes per week. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling — a great fit for an instructor looking to teach in a positive, well-run studio without the demands of a full-time commitment. As you grow with us, there's opportunity to teach across our other popular formats, including Pilates Sculpt, Hot Pilates, and HIIT Cardio.

What You'll Do

  • Lead safe, energizing, and well-paced mat Pilates classes for students of all levels
  • Create a welcoming environment where beginners feel comfortable and regulars stay challenged
  • Offer clear cueing and thoughtful modifications to support every student
  • Bring consistent, positive energy that keeps members coming back

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for Pilates and for helping people move and feel better
  • Experience teaching mat Pilates or group fitness (a Pilates certification is preferred; we're open to training the right person)
  • Warm, encouraging communication and a strong rapport with beginners
  • Reliability and professionalism — you show up ready and on time
  • Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of hire
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, though not required

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Flexible part-time scheduling that fits your life
  • A complimentary membership with access to all three EBODY locations
  • A genuinely supportive team and a studio culture that feels like a community
  • Room to grow as we continue expanding across DFW

Location: Mesquite, TX

EBODY Pilates is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a welcoming environment for all instructors and members.
