Licensed Practical Nurse - Piketon Nursing Center

Join our dedicated team at Piketon Nursing Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where we treat our residents like family. Our state-of-the-art facility in Piketon, Ohio is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we're looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to help us achieve this goal.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Piketon Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional support to our residents and their families. Licensed Practical Nurse is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with night shift availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

  • Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and report concerns to the nursing team

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
