Job description


SUMMARY
Maintain all aspects of project data entry and its associated control environment for Pike Electric Corporation and its subsidiaries.Work closely with Project Accounting and Operations to enhance setup accuracy and processing timeliness. The position offers high visibility and interaction with management, Directors of Contract Administration, and Project Managers.
ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Project Accounting Setup/Administration including, but not limited to:
โ€ข Daily processing of Jobs and Contracts into the Oracle Project environment
โ€ข Customer maintenance in AR module
โ€ข New project/work order setup and maintenance
โ€ข Contract Administrator requested contract rate adjustments
โ€ข Bill rate schedule reconciliation
โ€ข Allocation rate maintenance
โ€ข Maintenance of weekly Accounting routines and processes
โ€ข Import/Export project data using excel templates
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned bymanagement.

Experience
1-3 Year(s) Experience in a business/office environment.
OTHERSKILLSANDABILITIES:
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient data entry skills and experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills; customer service orientation
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle (preferred)
