Job Summary

All Things DME is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base throughout the community. This is a base pay plus commission position, offering the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your sales success.

In this role, you'll spend your time building relationships with local businesses, identifying their supply needs, and introducing them to the products and services All Things DME has to offer. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, isn't afraid to knock on doors or make cold calls, and is excited about helping grow a small business.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through door-to-door visits, networking, referrals, and outbound phone calls
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify opportunities within a variety of industries, including:
    • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers
    • Medical and healthcare offices
    • Salons, spas, tattoo and piercing studios
    • Automotive service centers and oil change facilities
    • Hotels, janitorial companies, and other service-based businesses
  • Promote products including gloves, disinfecting wipes, sharps containers, positioning cushions, heat pads, and other business essentials
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment
  • Continuously look for new opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  • Represent All Things DME with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or customer service preferred
