Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of Supervisory experience in a continuous manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.Ability to quickly identify key issues and use data-driven decisions to resolve those issues.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across departments.Proven ability to lead and develop team members.Experience with implementing LEAN manufacturing principles and process improvement tools.Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations preferred.Able to meet all physical requirements for the role including sitting, walking, standing up to 5 hours, repetitive motion, bending, twisting, squatting, pulling, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 50lbs, and typing/Keyboard.Work Environment:Primarily in a food manufacturing environment.
