Job description

D'Orazio Ford is seeking a part-time Pickup and Delivery Driver to support operations at their Ford dealership in Wilmington, IL. The role involves driving customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and the service department. 

  • Drives customer vehicles back and forth to the dealership for service.
  • Assists with taking customer vehicles through the car wash.
  • Local pickup of vehicle parts needed for customer repairs.
  • Shuttles vehicles and customers on/off premises when needed.
  • Maintains organization of customer vehicles in the service lot.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid IL driver's license.
  • Must have a smartphone with the ability to learn how to use an app for communicating with customers regarding vehicle pick-up and/or drop off. 
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and driving record check.
  • Responsible, self-starter, and on-time.
  • Energetic and motivated individual.

Preferred

  • Previous dealership or car wash experience is a plus but not required.
  • Perfect job for a retiree or anyone looking for something part-time.
