The Wanderers Club is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Racquets Pro Shop Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a Member-focused environment and has strong communication, organization and customer service skills.


Responsibilites

Greeting and assisting members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Booking and charging private and group lessons accurately through the club's system.

Answering phones and handling member inquiries efficiently and courteously.

Processing sales transactions and promoting Pro Shop merchandise.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.

Assisting with inventory, restocking, and product displays.

Opening and closing the Pro Shop following established procedures.

Supporting Racquets Department staff during events and peak times.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a hospitality, retail, or country club environment preferred.

Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Availability to work weekends and 1-2 weekdays as scheduled.
