a2b Fulfillment is a fast-growing, third-party provider of distribution support services, including Order Fulfillment, Contact Center Solutions, and a vast array of Value-Added services. We are currently recruiting for the position of Picking Associate for our Ogden, UT location.

All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

THE ROLE

The Picking Associate will scan totes or boxes using a voice picking headset to pick correct items off the shelves and place them in the correct box or tote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive picking order by scanning a box or tote
  • Utilize voice picking headset to retrieve correct products
  • Place fulfilled orders into the original box or tote scanned to go to the packers
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
  • Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
  • Continually meet assigned production standards.
  • Trained and certified to operate any required equipment.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend for extended amount of time
  • Work at a quick pace
  • Must have ability to lift or move at least 40lbs
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Comply with company attendance policies
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Be at least 18 years old
