Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Parts Picker to join our Service Parts Department. This role is critical in supporting field operations by ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and understands the importance of playing a key role in keeping our field operations running smoothly.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Pick and stage parts orders according to assigned pick lists
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and labels for accuracy before staging orders for shipment
  • Work within the ERP system and Microsoft Office to process picks and update inventory records
  • Safely operate material handling equipment
  • Restock materials and assist with regular cycle counts and audits
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area


Position Qualifications

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service
  • Ability to set and prioritize tasks to meet daily pick schedules
  • Ability to execute and follow through on instructions given by supervisor 
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Ability to articulate clearly when writing, including composition, spelling, and punctuation
  • Ability to safely operate warehousing and material handling equipment
  • High school diploma or GED and reliable transportation


Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

  • One or more years experience in parts/warehouse
  • Experience with ERP systems


Physical Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must be able to lift over 75lbs, and complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment but requires the ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Requires duties performed in a warehouse or production setting, including loud noises.
  • Works consistently on foot, walking and moving throughout the facility
