We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Associate for a stable, full-time opportunity at the logistics hub behind one of the world's leading vacation retailers. If you are detail-oriented and ready to join a growing team in Miami, we want to hear from you.
Job details
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Full-time | Monday through Friday including weekends
Two 15-minute breaks and a lunch period included
About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the daily operations of a high-volume distribution center, handling luxury merchandise destined for cruise ships and resort destinations worldwide. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with real growth potential for the right candidate.
What You Will Do
  • Pick, pack, and process merchandise accurately and efficiently within the distribution center
  • Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach equipment as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and security procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
  • Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to your supervisor
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For
  • Prior warehouse experience required - you must be able to demonstrate your skills, not just list them
  • Computer literacy with solid reading and writing skills in English required
  • Fluent verbal communication in English required
  • Experience with forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach equipment is a strong plus
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Comfortable working at heights of 6-8 feet
  • Flexible and available to work either shift
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude
