Job description

Position

Warehouse Leads report to the Store Operations Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate the warehouse team's daily workflow, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
  • Receive and put away incoming shipments - cabinets and vanities in cartons, windows, and boxed doors - and oversee others doing the same.
  • Process receiving and order fulfillment efficiently within the ERP/WMS, ensuring inventory accuracy both physically and in the system.
  • Provide friendly, timely, and accurate customer service in picking, packing, and loading orders, setting the standard for the team.
  • Lead cycle counts and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and following up on discrepancies.
  • Train new warehouse workers on processes, safety procedures, and equipment use.
  • Serve as the point person for daily warehouse operations in the absence of the Store Operations Manager.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and help enforce safety protocols across the team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Able to unload containers and trucks (up to 700 cartons).
  • Reliable. Consistent. On-Time.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ERP and WMS systems, with a strong grasp of process and procedure.
  • Able to work in a multi-task environment that requires shifts in direction to serve the needs of the business.
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills.
  • Team player who works well with others. Respectful.
  • Able to work some Saturdays.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • 3+ years warehouse experience required, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish fluency preferred.
  • High school or equivalent preferred.
