Warehouse Worker - Join 1 Resource Group

1 Resource Group is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting the receiving, handling, and shipping of inventory in an efficient and safe manner.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure timely processing of orders to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Basic computer literacy to accurately document inventory and shipments.
