This role involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The manager will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinating schedules, training, and performance to meet operational goals and customer expectations. They will also collaborate closely with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to optimize workflows and implement custom solutions that enhance service delivery. Ultimately, the Custom Warehouse Manager ensures that the warehouse functions as a critical hub supporting the company’s commitment to timely and precise order fulfillment across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations, preferably in a custom or specialized warehouse environment.
