Description:Warehouse Associate – Picking, Packing & Inventory Replenishment

Fishermen's Source, a leading online retailer of premium saltwater and freshwater fishing gear, is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Learn and use SkuVault inventory management software.
  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Sort, store, and accurately track inventory.
  • Replenish inventory and stage products for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and prepare them for packing.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail to ensure they arrive safely and correctly.
  • Process shipments using our shipping software (training provided).
  • Transport completed shipments to the designated carrier pickup area.
  • Follow and help maintain established operational processes, procedures, and warehouse standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving area.
  • Break down and organize cardboard for recycling and waste reduction.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or Associates degree is a must
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and previous experience with automated shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across 5 working days, including weekends during the peak fishing season
