Indotronix is seeking an:Administrative Support 1 (Scanning & Document),Melbourne, FL
 
Shift: 7AM to 4:30PM (Mon -Thurs), 7AM to 3:30PM (Every other Fridays)
Work Schedule: 9/80
Clearance Type: No
High School diploma or equivalent
 

Key Responsibilities: Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.

Other Responsibilities:
• Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training.
• Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
• Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
• Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent and started additional education and/or related experience.
• At least 1-year hands-on experience with Scanning and Document Management, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
• Must have a clean record in order to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent and started additional education and/or related experience.
• 1-year or more hands-on experience with Engineering Support, Scanning and Document Management, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
• Has and can maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Prior military experience with a clean record is preferred but not required.
