Assembler/Packer – Germantown, WI

Job Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (possible 7:30 AM start) | OT as needed


Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assembler/Packer to support shipping, light assembly, and custom packing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick parts, mount adapters, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Perform light assembly and custom boxing/packing.
  • Use basic hand tools as needed.
  • Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse duties.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling parts and orders.
  • Work effectively in a team and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Lift to 50 lbs. occasionally; most products weigh 25 lbs. or less.
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
