Role Overview
As an Order Picker, you are at the heart of our warehouse operations. In this active, fast-paced role, you'll focus on accurately gathering components to fulfill orders on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Order Fulfillment: Read digital pick lists and paperwork to locate and collect components from warehouse locations.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quick visual checks on parts for defects while ensuring exact piece counts.
  • Inventory Logging: Record task completions and accurately print/apply labels using warehouse computer systems.
  • Component Identification: Recognize and handle various hardware items (screws, nuts, bolts, washers, and custom mounts) by part numbers.
  • Efficiency Standards: Meet established picking pace targets while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely transport materials using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment alongside your teammates and supervisors.

What We're Looking For:
  • 0-1 years in warehouse picking, packing, or material handling (manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're happy to train!).
  • Comfortable using tablets/computers to read pick lists and basic arithmetic for accurate inventory counts.
  • Sharp visual perception to spot minor part defects and match complex part numbers.
  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated mindset.

Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on, physically active role. Candidates should be comfortable with:
  • Standing and walking on concrete floors for 4-8 hours per day.
  • Regular bending, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Consistently lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Indoor warehouse environment work (approx. 95% indoor, 5% outdoor).

Pay Range: $21.30 - $24.00 Per Hour
