We are seeking motivated, dependable Seasonal Warehouse Workers to support our distribution center during peak business periods. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving

  • Unload inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Verify product quantities and inspect for damage.
  • Accurately process and stage incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

Replenishment / Put Away

  • Transport inventory to designated storage locations.
  • Replenish pick locations to support order fulfillment operations.
  • Follow warehouse location procedures and inventory control practices.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided as applicable).

Pick and Pack

  • Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse instructions and systems.
  • Verify products and quantities before packing.
  • Pack orders securely to prevent shipping damage.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while minimizing errors.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required

This job is performed entirely in-person at our Operations Center at 401 Innovation Drive, North Clarendon, VT 05759.

"The Bus" stops at our front door several times a day! Look for the Rutland Airport Business Park stop on the Manchester-Rutland bus line. You can also request our stop on the Ludlow line when it is running between Thanksgiving and Easter. We always do our best to accommodate schedules for employees who ride The Bus and provide free passes as a perk for all employees.
