Job Summary

Schedule: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am (Monday- Thursday)

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.50 + Shift Differential 

The 2nd Shift Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in a high-volume distribution environment while meeting established productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Use a handheld scanner to identify order requirements and locate products.
    • Accurately select and retrieve products from warehouse inventory locations.
    • Pack customer orders into appropriate shipping containers to ensure safe delivery.
    • Meet or exceed daily productivity goals, including required lines picked per hour.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality when picking and packing orders.
    • Utilize equipment, materials, and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and support operational goals.
    • Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate more complex concerns to management as needed.
    • Follow established operating procedures and maintain knowledge of company products and processes.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
    • Support team objectives and contribute to a positive, efficient warehouse operation.
