Adecco is searching for qualified warehouse packers on 2nd shift! These are temp to hire opportunities in Andover.


Hours: 11:00AM-8:20PM, Monday-Friday - OT Available as needed on Saturday mornings

Pay: $19.43/hour

Position Summary:

Warehouse Pick Pack Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers or other locations. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize picking systems to locate items within the warehouse.

  • Safely and efficiently retrieve items from designated storage areas.

  • Verify accuracy of picked items against order requirements.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity while picking orders.

  • Prepare items for shipment by selecting appropriate packaging materials.

  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Label packages with correct shipping information and apply necessary documentation.

  • Follow specific packing instructions provided for fragile or hazardous items.

  • Inspect items for any defects or damages before packing.

  • Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors for resolution.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing areas to uphold quality standards.

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding handling of hazardous materials.

  • Comply with regulatory requirements related to shipping and handling of goods.

Pay Details: $19.43 per hour
