Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour + Bonus , depending on experience
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role involves picking, packing, labeling, preparing orders for shipment, loading/unloading, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with the team in English. Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills and forklift experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
  • Verify order accuracy and shipping information
  • Label packages clearly and correctly
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments
  • Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including tape guns, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment
  • Operate a forklift when needed, if certified or properly trained
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Take initiative and support other departments as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
