Job description


Summary: 

This position is responsible for the accurate selection of items ordered by the ADT SSO's and Authorized dealers for shipment throughout the US., Canada and Puerto Rico.  All Inventory changes are tracked through Oracle by means of a handheld device connected wirelessly to the network. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Selecting and packing items ordered by our internal ADT customers for shipment. 
  • Interfacing with Oracle via the hand held scanning devise. 
  • Correcting issues with shipments in the QA area 
  • Releasing and printing orders 
  • Inducting orders to the conveyor to be processed by co-workers 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • High School education 
  • 1 year prior pick/pack or distribution center experience 
  • Ability to pass hazmat certification 

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Experience using Oracle, SAP or some other Warehouse management system
