Job description

Prisma Graphic is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse order picker to join our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling and assembling customer orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and meeting daily productivity targets. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for advancement.
Key responsibilities
  • Receive and review pick tickets, work orders, or digital scanning instructions to locate and pull items from shelving, bins, and storage areas
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping while maintaining quality standards
  • Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management system (WMS) terminals to verify and record inventory
  • Operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or order picker forklifts (certification may be required or provided)
  • Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas and label packages correctly
  • Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Meet or exceed daily picking quotas and accuracy metrics
  • Assist with receiving, restocking, and other warehouse duties as assigned

Work schedule
7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience a plus
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-10 hour shift
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (cooler/freezer areas, outdoor docks)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Forklift or powered equipment certification preferred (training available)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
